Update NeuDe lab

Dear colleague,

There are two new forms available. Use these forms to sign up for:

• the emaillist for our lab.
• a presentation during the labmeeting

Furthermore, starting next week, labmeetings will be shorter. The new starting time of the meeting will be 10:15, while the end time will remain 11:00. This change is to allow Wouter to be able to be present for the start of the meeting.
